Levy Ballot Language for Issue #9
Shall a levy renewing Three Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($3,250,000) and providing an increase of Two Million Two Hundred
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($2,250,000) be imposed by the Southwest Licking
Local School District, Licking and Fairfield Counties, Ohio for the purpose of
providing for the emergency requirements of the
Southwest Licking Local School District,
in the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($5,500,000), and
a levy of taxes to be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the
county auditor to average nine point five (9.5) mills for each one dollar of
valuation, which amounts to ninety five cents ($0.95) for each one hundred
dollars of valuation, for a period of ten (10) years, commencing in 2010, first
due in calendar year 2011?
